Avocado and mozzarella mango tower with soy chicken and pine nuts
I have not had a low carb dish for a eternity anymore. And even though in the evening I often do without carbohydrates. In the evening, I usually have simple, quick dishes like tomato mozzarella, omelette with bacon, mixed salad or zucchini pasta with tomatoes. Now use avocado pieces, mozzarella and mango cubes with the help of a ring on two plates. Roast pine nuts in a pan fat-free, then over the avocado Distribute mango towers. Make the balsamic with the soy sauce and the honey into one Stir dressing.
