Low Carb Breadless burger with rocket and Parmesan dressing
For Burger luck you do not necessarily need the Burgerbrötchen. At least during my last visit to Hans I was lucky enough to have had the experience where the breadless burger on the menu totally inspired me.
So I made burgers, this time up and down without. My low carb burger consists of juicy beef, homemade parmesan dressing, arugula, tomato and red onions.
I have to admit, the no-burger burger is not for men (not mine, anyway). I really liked it and I did not miss the bun at any bite.Put the minced meat with the onion cubes, salt, pepper and Worcester sauce in a bowl and knead well. The Worcester sauce makes the meat nice juicy. Now form the patties from the patties about two cm thick.
Now the burger pattis on both sides with strong heat sauté in hot oil and add to the rocket salad. Put the onion rings in the pan and sauté briefly.
Now you can get your Low Carb Burger at will. A layer of Parmesan dressing, slices of tomato, onion rings, Parmesan - and you're done with your breadless burger.
