I've discovered a great recipe for a noodle casserole with prawns and zucchini that I want to share with you.

Pasta casserole with shrimps and zucchini

I hope you all had a nice Christmas. My special highlight on the holidays was wiedermal, in addition to the family of course, the many delicious food. But after all those feasts I'm looking forward to my couch and an uncomplicated pasta dish.

In the supermarket around the corner I discovered the flyer "Leckere Auflauf" by Birkel before Christmas. And this really appealed to me, so today is a delicious noodle casserole with prawns and zucchini.Finely chop the shallots, chop the garlic and cut the zucchini into pegs.

  • Oil in one Heat the pan and fry the shrimp briefly from both sides, then remove and set aside.
  • Add the zucchini sticks together with the onions and the garlic to the frying fat and sauté.
  • Dust with flour, add the broth and bring to a boil. Stir in crème fraîche and milk and season with salt, pepper and basil.
  • Put the prawns with the pasta and the sauce into a casserole dish and mix. Slice the mozzarella and spread on the casserole.
  • In the preheated oven about 20 Mince minutes.
