Exotic continues! Thai red curry brings a touch of Far East to your plate.

When I go out to eat Thai, I usually order red curry with chicken and vegetables. I really like the spiciness of the curry in combination with the creamy coconut milk. My curry I have prepared with peppers and spring onions, but you can combine it with any kind of vegetables.

For curry I have jasmine rice from Reishunger.de, which I was allowed to test for you.Slice the spring onions, cut the peppers into strips.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the curry paste while stirring. Then stir in the coconut milk and a dash of water and boil briefly. Now add the meat and stir-fry until it is cooked. Approximately Add the vegetables to the curry 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
