Here is my recipe for the rocket salad with baked pear and goat's cheese and a light honey dressing.

Arugula salad with pear and goat cheese talers and honey dressing

I wish you a wonderful Easter! The weather is even on, so you can hopefully enjoy your long weekend in all trains.

This year I will not cook for Easter, but let me cook at home by my parents. I'm really looking forward to all the goodies and cozy gathering with the family - also to the one or the other drink in the deck chair and of course the rise of the 1. FC Cologne on Monday (I firmly believe).

In many food blogs you will find wonderful recommendations for Easter menus and great baking recipes for days. With me this year's a delicious, spring salad, which is prepared in no time.Wash the arugula salad and arrange with the pine nuts on plates. Slice the cocktail tomatoes and spread on the salad.

  • The pear and the goat's cheese Cut into 1 cm thick, equal sized slices. Grease a casserole dish and add the pears, each with a slice of goat's cheese on top. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until the cheese is golden yellow. Add the goat cheese pear taler to the salad.
  • From olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Add a dressing to salt, pepper and honey. Sprinkle this over the salad and serve.
  • Enjoy it and enjoy the Easter holidays!
