Chiapudding with raspberries
Are you so excited about chia seeds? I love them and not a day goes by when I do not stir the small power seeds into my yoghurt or cereal or prepare this delicious chi pudding with raspberries.

I strongly believe the chia seeds have helped me with my good immune system. So far, I have not had a single day of sickness in my pregnancy, and I have not been sick for a long time:)

For the chia pudding with raspberries , I let the small seeds swell in creamy coconut milk and garnish with raspberry yoghurt. I love raspberries in combination with coconut milk - so delicious and so deliciously refreshing!
I like the chi pudding as a healthy snack.(Stir well to avoid lumps)
Milk for at least 1 hour or but let it soak overnight in the fridge. Add approx. 100 g of the yoghurt to the yoghurt Puree raspberries, then season to taste with maple syrup. Divide the chi pudding into 2 glasses, then Serve with the raspberry yoghurt, the remaining raspberries and coconut flakes. Let the chi pudding with raspberries taste good !
