In the summer, the desire for something "light" increases with food. Are you feeling the same? Great, especially when visit announces, I eat in the chicken wraps with lots of fresh vegetables, fine herbs and a light dressing. Once prepared, everyone can fill their own wraps.
Stuffed Chicken Wraps
I like to spend time eating, so I like lavish Sunday breakfasts as well. And I like it individually. My husband does not like mushrooms and peppers, a friend of ours is a vegetarian and I like everything EVERYTHING - no problem if we eat wraps. Then all the ingredients are put in small bowls on the table and everyone can fill their wraps the way they like it:)
Mine are then so full that I hardly get them rolled up anymore. I can never decide and as I like to eat everything I do not want to miss any of the delicious ingredients.
Wraps were also a favorite lunch in the office with my colleagues. Everyone just brought along some of their favorite ingredients. Then there were oven-warm wraps and a homemade dressing - Done:)
My favorite wrap ingredients are fried chicken, avocados, tomatoes and ruccola. This light and fresh dressing of honey-skyr, mint and mustard is perfect for this.Honey Tomatoes
- Cut the peppers into strips, wash the arugula and pluck it small, quarter the tomatoes and cut the avocado into small cubes.
