Exotic papaya orange fitness drink
Instead of the classic sandwich, I treat myself to a delicious, refreshing fitness drink for breakfast. The exotic papaya-orange-drink makes you really full and makes you healthy and fit to start the day.
I discovered the great recipe in the Eat Smarter recipe book "Slimming" 1/2012.


Exotic Papaya Orange Fitness Drink

Ingredients
- 1/2 Papaya
- 1 Mini Cucumber
- 2 Oranges
- Ice Cube
Instructions
- The cucumber u Peel the oranges and cut into small cubes. Place a thin slice of cucumber and orange aside for garnish.
The pulp of the Dice the papaya and place in a blender together with the seeds, cucumber and orange pieces as well as the ice cubes.
Puree at the highest level and pour the juice into a tall glass.
