A feast also includes a delicious meal. And this year's birthday buffet was simply a snack:)

For the spinach salmon roll you need:

- 4 eggs
- 200 g salmon, smoked
- 100 g cream cheese with herbs
- 50 g grated cheese
- some Parmesan cheese - 125 g spinach (TK)
- salt, pepper
- some lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the eggs in a bowl and stir until frothy. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the thawed spinach and grated cheese and mix. Distribute the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place it in the oven for 10 minutes. Before you can also put the Parmesan on the plate.

Remove the mass from the oven, allow it to cool and turn it over Spread cream cheese. Then add the salmon to the cream cheese and drizzle with lemon juice.

Roll the whole thing into cling film and put it in the fridge for about 5 hours. Cut into slices of any size and serve.

Spinach salmon roll with cream cheese

Asparagus rolls also go very well with the bread buffet. Since there is no fresh asparagus, I used the one from the glass.

Continue with the bacon-onion-spread

- 125 g bacon cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- Salt, pepper
- a handful of fried onions

Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Fry the bacon in a pan. Dice the onion and add to the cream cheese with the bacon and fried onions.

avocado and mustard spread

This spread is great with fresh bread and cheese .

- 1 avocado
- 1 noble garnish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Djon mustard
- Salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Remove the flesh from the avocado with a spoon. Finely chop the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and mix with a fork.

Last but not least, the radish chives spread

- 1 bunch of radishes
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt, pepper

Finely grate the radishes, chop the chives. Mix both with the cream cheese and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

For the buffet I have various types of sausages and cheeses, fig mustard, salted butter, mixed vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, radishes, cucumbers and pickled cucumbers) served.
