Onion and cream schnitzel (without fix)
Today is the time for a decent piece of meat. And since the pork cutlets at the butcher really laughed at me, today I glamor a classic onion-cream Schnitzel, of course, without Fix-sachets.
Since my food but still fit into my diet plan, I have the noodles simply replaced by carrot spaghetti. Then place in a casserole dish.
Cut the onions into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions briefly, then dust with the flour. Now add the cream, the vegetable stock and the white wine and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Put the sauce over the schnitzel and for Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven. If your schnitzel is very thin, then 15 minutes might be enough. Peel the carrots and bring them bring the spiral cutter in spahetti form. Then sauté in a pan in some oil and serve to the schnitzel.
In the Meanwhile, the carrot spaghetti are prepared. I eat the carrots as a low carb noodle alternative.
