Baked Dates

You Need:

Slice the dates and remove the core. Halve the bacon diagonally and wrap each date with half a bacon. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dates from each side for about 8 minutes. Serve warm.

Zucchini rolls stuffed with feta ​​span>

You need:
- 1 zucchini - - 1 garlic clove - - 1 hot pepper
- Feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Herbs of Provence
- Balsamico

Cut the courgettes into thin slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini slices in portions from each side.

Chop the feta cheese, finely chop the garlic and chillies.

Roll the feta cubes into the zucchini slices and the rolls put on a plate. Sprinkle with garlic, hot peppers and herbs. Serve cold. I'll give it balsamic.

The best way to taste the zucchini rolls is to put them in the fridge the day before. But I did not want to wait that long today.

Baked aubergines

You need:
- 1 aubergine
- 200 g of chopped tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Basilkum, fresh
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt, pepper
- 50 g Parmesan

Heat the oven to 180 degrees preheat.

Cut the aubergines into thick slices and season with salt, after half an hour dab with kitchen paper. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the aubergines from each side, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Finely chop the garlic and fry in hot oil. Add the tomato puree and fry briefly. Add the chopped tomatoes and the chopped basil and season with pepper and salt.

Spread the tomato salsa on the aubergine slices, sprinkle with Parmesan and place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
