Ingredients
  • 1 Cauliflower approx.I used the Basmati rice from Reishunger.de for the recipe. Tasty a direct hit! Click here to read my hunger test report.
  • Divide the cauliflower into florets and Cook in salted water with the sugar snap peas. I always like the vegetables (cooking time about 5 minutes).
  • Oil in Heat a wok and sauté the yellow curry paste. Slice the spring onions and sauté briefly.
  • Stir in the coconut milk and strain Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. If the curry is too thick for you, just add some water.
  • Finally Add the cauliflower and mangetout to the curry and serve with cilantro and the cashews.
